Phoenix, AZ – August 14th, 2024 – Todd McFarlane proudly announces the launch of his second Kickstarter campaign, following the record-setting success of his remastered version of the Original Spawn Action Figure and Comic Book in 2020. The initial campaign shattered Kickstarter records in its category, attracting over 23,000 backers and raising more than $3.4 million, far surpassing its $100,000 goal. Funded in under 3 minutes and generating over a million dollars in just 24 hours, McFarlane’s first Kickstarter set a high benchmark. ​The new Medieval Spawn Action Figure and Comic (2024) will be the most detailed figure McFarlane has been involved in within his 30 plus years in the toy industry. This Spawn figure will be available in three distinct color variations: the classic blue and red suit, a bold black variant, and an all-gray artist’s proof version. Each figure will be sold individually, with options for autographed and non-autographed versions. Additionally, there will be an autographed premium 3-pack that includes all three figures, perfect for fans looking to complete their collection. With the hope of adding over a dozen bonus pieces to each figure depending on the number of backers and stretch goals met, fans can anticipate an exciting campaign! McFarlane will also attempt to set another record at Kickstarter by vowing to deliver most of these figures in the fastest time ever seen by any toy offering in Kickstarter’s history.
